If found guilty, which in itself is doubtful due to possible "connections" then race track and golf course should be treated the same as beach vendors property, and turned into, maybe, a pig farm !

Why go after the owners? Government has to pay for damages and clean up.

Illegal titles paid for by the owners? Well... Not the owners, since the land belongs to the Thai people.

The officials and owner are probably exempt from prosecution due to the clock running out ( statute of limitations) but the land still belongs to the Thai people
