Where could one be found in Chiang Mai ? Max 200 baht, can arrange transportation,

PM if you have or no where to get one. Doesn't need to be operational.

Anyone know a second hand electronic shop that might have these? Or anyone upgrade their aircon and still has the old broken one?

Sorry a little late ! I just gave an old one for scrap only 2 days ago! I think mostly they get broken up and sold for scrap if they cannot be repaired.
