a friend asked me if its possible to find such fishes for him in Thailand. Does anyone of you know where I can buy those, in Bangkok or even another province?

Yeah, there's loads of places that deal in tropical fish. Google is your friend.

Chatuchak Market has loads of fish stalls.

Follow the road by the park down to the junction on the left. There's a big children's museum on the right, all the fish stalls are on the left.

Correct me if I am wrong but the fish in the OP are marine tropicals not freshwater tropicals.. Marine tropicals are a lot harder to find. Those two shops mentioned above appear to deal only in freshwater fish.
