Anyone see anyone in the OP photo posted above who looks like anything more, at best, than a novice doctor???

I can see a Royal Thai policeman who is wearing a silly hat with extra braid, and a dirty brown uniform which he probably wears around the streets.

Next to him, the doctor in the photo seems to be amazingly competent and good at his job......
