I got a pair of Dunlop GT601s delivered based on the recommendation of the shop last night, turns out they are tubeless?

I dont know anything about tubeless tires

Can I use them with a normal rim? I plan to use them with the setup pictured below, is this ok or should I send them back and get something else?

Unless you use some brand of rim sealer - to prevent air from escaping thru the spoke nipples, you will have to run tubes in them.

This will make the tires run hotter. What bike ?

I would not imagine that you will maintain a speed high enough to cause any problems. So the extra heat build-up should be a non-issue.
