Nothing to do with the fact he knew Benteke was gone, being replaced by Adebeyor, playing for a team that is never going to be better than mid div. On the other hand passing the ball to the likes of Aguero and Bony and being surrounded by players like Silva and Yaya, wouldnt give you something to aspire to? And I do not think he will be a bench player. I dont think Fernando has worked out. I see, especially away from home, us playing Aguero up front alone. Roberts is expected to seal his protracted move to Eastlands on Monday after City finally thrashed out an acceptable fee with the Championship club. From everything I have read, there is NO indication that City have offered him more than he was originally offered and NO other clubs were involved.
