30 day extension on a 60 day tourist visa

Can some one please tell me if i can get a 30 day extension on my visa at the immigration office in Ranong. I do not want to do a border run. Thanks.

Yes, you should be able to apply for a 30 day extention on your 60 days tourist visa - cost 1,900 baht.

Don't think you need to travel to Ranong. Must be an Immigration office in Krabi.

You'll need a 'TM 7' form for your extension.

Attention ! Given address and weblink of the Krabi Immigration is wrong. They moved to a new location some 5 years ago near the Krabi Klong Jilad pier and the correct weblink is http://krabi.immigration.go.th/

Many thanks for the replies. I posted this on the Krabi forum because i thought that was the place for Ranong. I will not be in Krabi. Only Ranong. Should i post Ranong questions on another forum ?? I do not see one for that area.
