Anti-government banners put up by suspected militants in Bannang Sata district

YALA: -- Members of a bomb disposal unit escaped unhurt when suspected militants blew up a hidden bomb as the officers scoured an area where an anti-government banner was hung up in public in Yala’s Bannang Sata district this morning.

The cloth banners were put up at five points along Route 410 namely Ban Ranor, Ban Yeelapun, Ban Ngoh Kapor, Ban Jaroh Peesae and Ban Tha Nop.

After being alerted by villagers of the sudden presence of the anti-government bankers, security forces and bomb disposal units were rushed to the five spots to collect the banners.

However, as a standard security precaution, the bomb disposal units scoured the surroundings of the five spots first to look for hidden bombs planted by suspected militants to harm the security forces.

They found several fake bombs but at Ban Jaroh Peesae, a hidden bomb was detonated as the officers were searching for bombs. Fortunately, nobody was hurted.

"After being alerted by villagers of the sudden presence of the anti-government bankers, security forces and bomb disposal units were rushed to the five spots to collect the banners."

Seems to me that there are too many b's in this sentence, although the highlighted word is clearly misspelt in the OP. Maybe RTP Col Somchai has yet to read about Trojan Horses.

No no no, this cant be true, they told us the bomb attacks was done by crimminals and politicians and not by insurgents.

After being alerted by villagers of the sudden presence of the anti-government bankers..

Wall Street has invaded (again)!
