Hi, has anyone else gotten into this error? 3BB claims I have more than 1 router which is incorrect. My userid/PW has not been stolen, it's originating in my house. My router is a TP-LINK D9. But now I'm getting it even with 3BB's modem, a reset doesn't help.

? You have an ADSL connection to your house ?

Normally the userid and password are stored in the modem (access point) and it will connect automatically to the 3BB network.

(assuming that nothing is wrong with the modem, not lost setup etc.)

Where and when do you have to enter a user id/password?

To me it would make sense, if you connect to a public WiFi of 3BB and login with the browser?

(which is a completely different story)

Yes, it's in my house. I do have an access point to, but it doesn't have any ADSL userid etc. I could be the firmware, will take it tov3BB.
