2008 yellow shirt leaders given jail sentences

No idea why this is not up in our news section but it is up on aussie sites, 8 leaders were given 2 year jail sentences today for their part in the 2008 protests. Looks like there is not favouratism in the thai courts as these are yellow shirts, really buggers up all those saying the courts are only chasing the reds/ptp people.

yes i agree but how many of the eight are out on bail??pending appeal
