Dragon Boats and Vespas

Does anyone know if there are companies who RENT dragon boats and VESPAS in BANGKOK.

Does anyone know if it is allowed with the right license to do dragon boat races on the river?

OK let's try again shall we, several posts removed. Let's keep it civil.

I doubt very much that you'll be able to rent a boat outside one of the organised race events (there's invariably a farang all-comers boat if you want a paddle).

The river is a very busy place with all sorts of craft moving in all directions, a dragon boat is a fragile beast that steers like a cow, in the event of a collision total loss is more likely than not.

As to a Vespa, not seen a real one outside the collectors events.

I purchased a Vespa recently from a Vespa dealership near K Square/Prhompong BTS Station. My salesman there was a good guy, maybe ask him if he knows of anyone who does rentals? The number there is TEL.0-2262-0846. His name is Pee. His english was good. He asked me to speak slowly so I suggest you do same if you try him.
