place to buy suitcase stand?

Can someone please recommend a place in the Chiang Mai area (especially the North end of the city) where I might buy a suitcase stand? I mean the type of folding wood framed stands they have at hotels where you can sit your suitcase on and open it. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I have searched everywhere for some of these...to no avail.

You would think they'd be pretty easy to find...but none of the major furniture stores have them...or even know what they are.

It's a conspiracy by major Hotels to buy up all the luggage racks worldwide.

It always helps to have a photo when going shopping for an unusual item. This might be what you're looking for. Search Google; there are lots of other styles online.

Given the simple design of this item, I'd think that your local handyman could fix you up with something similar (maybe with bamboo) in no time at all.
