My cousin moved back to the UK thinking he will be returning to Thailand, as things turn out he won't be returning. He is legally married in Thailand and has been separated for about 2 years and both parties now mutually want a divorce as both have moved on. Question is can he obtain a divorce whilst living back in the UK without the use of a lawyer and being here.
