Can you export second hand cars?For example theres a Daimler/jag near me that a friend in the UK would love to have.Is it easy to get a car shipped out?

No problems.....but don't forget to cancel the blue book and hand the plate back in.

Of course you can. Just register your can in your name, get the purple book (Carnet International) and international number plates and than you can take it out anywhere you like and rive it there legally. If your plan to not return the car to TH, you can cancel the registration anytime.
