Palatial expander - orthotropics - in Chiang Mai

I have a narrow upper jaw and sleep apnea. I'm looking at getting a palatial expander fitted to increase the size of my upper jaw .

Does anyone know of a dentist or orthodentist who are using orthotropics and palatial expanders or face pulling (in the methods highlighted by Dr. Mike Mew) in the Chiang Mai area.

Before anyone jumps in and says that there are a bunch of dentists in CM...

This is a specific treatment and is not the usual *extraction then braces* treatment but a specific treatment that is I think it's fair to say, not all that common. Therefore I'm only looking for dentists who are trained in this and offering it.
