Mexican supreme court rules denying gay marriage unconstitutional (sort of)

It's a historic decision for marriage equality in Mexico but it doesn't literally "force" all Mexican states to allow gay marriages directly.

But clearly, Mexico has now become a marriage equality nation.

Mexico's supreme court has ruled it is unconstitutional for Mexican states to bar same-sex marriages.

So now North America is almost solidly in the marriage equality camp.

Canada -- marriage equality for a long time now

USA -- marriage equality federally and in most states ... 50 state marriage equality likely soon pending supreme court decision

Mexico -- constitutional decision makes all in Mexico a marriage equality nation in theory, but not yet in practice
