municipality / governement kindergarten is it free or not in Thailand ?

Featured Replies

Hello, I would like to know if it's free, or the around cost outside of Bangkok of a kindergarten school ?

The mother of my child 2 y/o, telling me it's expensive and not free at all, I would like to know if she lie to me or not..

Government run Anubarns/Kindergartens are usually free, although sometimes they have a special program which has special fees e.g. If the students are in an English program or similar.

My son is in kindergarten in a government school. I pay 5,700 baht a year. It is a well respected school with a waiting list to get in, and I think they do as good a job as any "free" school. It is also about 300% better than my last experience with a kindergarten school
