We've checked inside one shoe repair shop but they said they can't do it. I'm assuming some shops that do shoe or luggage repairs might take on handbag repair. In this case the stitching has failed on a small section of an otherwise good handbag.

There is a shop called Mr Bag-Fix on Hang Dong Rd, west side, south of Tesco Lotus. Steps north of the big orange painted Design Is Life shop. Can't vouch for them, I've just seen it many times riding past,

After taking recommendations about Mr bag fix I took my Targus bag there to be repaired. Looked ok when I picked it up, but the repair stitching fell apart after a month.
