Company map for extension work

Hi all. Preparing the boatload of documents to get my annual extension of stay for reasons of employment. In recent months I read some posts on here about new requirements for house registration, rental contracts and a Google map according to certain design standards. Are any of these recent new requirements applicable to me when my extension is based on work, not retirement or marriage?

I am expecting to make a double visit (as was necessary every year prior), but would like to avoid 3 or more trips by actually putting some effort in. ;-)
