cumgranosalum Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I'll bet there are some sighs of relief from some people somewhere on hearing that.......
Emster23 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I wonder why this doesn't happen more often? All things considered..... no evidence, no case = dismissed. No sprinkler system?
realenglish1 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Check the weed I think many firefighters had smiles on their faces
steven100 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Cases pending for the past year all dismissed .... due to lack of evidence now I wonder how that fire started ..
lee b Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Cases pending for the past year all dismissed .... due to lack of evidence now I wonder how that fire started .. Electrical fault
slapout Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 those firearms are real prone to break out in flames, bs doesnt change marking, etc on steel frames. fire has become a real hazaqrd in the rice warehouse sector also. i can see the fire inspection team who attends scene, some admitting it akes 2 weeksw to get there as they are short handed of investigators. more bs concrete/brick the biggest fire hazard in thialand unless its a wooden shanty town someone has desire to aquire, otherwise i have been in 60 year old wooden homes where cooking is and has been done inside during bad/cold weather all this time. next part go to temple , monk will give evil eye to bad luck i was told many moons ago the individual makes his own luck , with few exceptions, good or bad
Lupatria Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I bet the only inventory list with description of the items and names of those related to was in the same room too.
jinjin Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 They already sold everything inside so its time to destroy the evidence.
BigBadGeordie Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I'm sure it was just a simple accident. Agreed, bloody cynical lot here :-)
Manbing Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 It really is too much when a small innocent incident is used to call in question the reputation and integrity of that fine group of men who protect us all. That thin brown line, that skidmark which protects us all from the rule of law breaking down.
ezzra Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I mean com'on... this story is so fishy on so many levels and it could serve so well into the hands of everybody, from the people whom evidence are kept there so imaginary stuff 'that was there' but now it's gone and no one have to account for it any longer....
DaveinAsia Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 'Firefighters put out flames in police's forensic evidence center' - The guy holding the hose looks a real firefighter indeed, lol. Seems like someone paid some copper to put a light to discriminating evidence....money always talks here
Colabamumbai Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 It is always handy for the police to lose the evidence that they do not want to have to present to the courts. I am surprised this does not happen more often especially in high profile cases. The evidience was too hot to handle.
little mary sunshine Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Millions of recently confiscated Baht And drugs destroyed in fire...55555 5555555555555555555555555555
steven100 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I bet the only inventory list with description of the items and names of those related to was in the same room too. everything was in that room ... pictures, christmas party video, next door neighbors ivory, the hole damn lot gone up in smoke ......... what a mess !! who would have thought so much stuff would be in one room .... nothing survived ...
ggt Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I fear the flames of Thai-bashing and related derogatory comments concerning this fine country will be unleashed by this obvious accident... Just think of all the evidence that has NOT been collected on so-called farang suicides...
sweatalot Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 seems they are investigating some influential people? There is a solution Just hand them all down the maximum punishment less arson in the future
Happy Grumpy Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 And there's me thinking that the drugs were all released on bail. Nope, a fire got them.
cumgranosalum Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 It now seems to be a competition to see how many posts can say the same thing using different words?
MW72 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 A "forensic evidence center"? Surely it was just an evidence center? Do the Thai Police even know what forensic evidence means?
sweatalot Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 It now seems to be a competition to see how many posts can say the same thing using different words? If so there must be some truth in it
Srikcir Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Useless fire. The Thai judicial system relies on confessions and not evidence to get convictions. And you can bet the interrogation room has every fire prevention feature on the market.
Nobb Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Some body was paid quite well for this fire. No cameras in the police station and no security watching the evidence room. Another act by a person who is friend with some one going to court. Only in Thailand could some thing like this happen!
Americano555 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 The head cop at the station.....yeahh..just send 1 fire truck.
steven100 Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 In the photo ...... is that a 10 yr old kid holding that fire hose ?
