Hi all, I am Sitt and last 25-Mar I had been signed off from my ship at Port-harcourt and went to Lagos(Nigeria) to get Thai visa but unfortuniately ther was no Thai embassy in Lagos and then I flew to S'pore and next morning went to Thai emb but they are unable to issuing visa to me because I am poor Burmese guy and then I flew to Kunming and arrived Kunming yesterday evening. Today morning went to Thai emb and in ths time Thai emb agree to give Tourist visa, I will be in Bangkok tomorrow evening and very tired for me to get the visa.

I have thai wife with one son but cumcubine, planning to marry her to get marriage certificate, in this case do I need to hire lawer and I have pretty enough money in my account with unmoveable properity as house and one piece of land in Nan province(8-Rai) but all are my wife name.

Also Kunming emb told me that when I got marriage certificate, I can convert my Tourist visa to Non-immigrant visa in bangkok immigration office, is it easy or true?
