Muttly Coming to the States: What's Required?

My wife and mutt are headed for the States. The States only requirement is documentation of a rabies booster.

But what paperwork is currently required by Thai authorities to get her ransomed out of Thailand? The mutt, not my wife.

You have to get an export license and health certificate, both from Animal Quarantine office at the airport - see pinned thread. It is in the Cargo area of the airport. Bring the dog and vaccine records, and go just a few days before the flight )they won't issue it far in advance). Takes anywhere from an hour to a few hours depending on how many people are there, costs only 50 Baht.

Need to check with the airline involved as to their requirements.
