PATTAYA: -- Late on Monday Night a Pattaya Police Motorbike Patrol had a chance encounter with two men on a motorbike which was later found to have been reported as stolen.

The Officers spotted the bike, its driver and passenger on Thappraya Road close to the entrance of Pattaya Park in South Pattaya, just after 11pm and attempted to stop the vehicle.

The driver of the Honda “Scooby i” bike decided to make an attempt to escape, which was hampered by other Police Patrols who intercepted the bike and its occupants on the Tepprasit Road, in front of a PTT Petrol Station.

10,000 bikes stolen a week, and one recovered. Wow! This new government and their reformed police sure can fight crime and corruption!
