Honda City 2000 parts

My Honda City 2000s door linings need to be replaced. The plastic backing to the material facing has disintegrated on all four doors. Honda in Pattaya have told me that Honda have stopped producing these spare parts now. A local car upholsterer has told me that he has had many Honda City owners come in with the same problem and the only way to overcome the problem is to forget the linings and cover with smooth fabric ie plastic. I don't want to do that. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy these linings so that I can remove the fabric from the old and use to cover the new?

I've decided to make my own fiberglass backing panels, using the existing door panels as the mould. Anyone know what sort of release agent should I use on the plastic and metal door panels?
