It is time to renew my car insurance for my 2014 Honda City. In two months it will be one year old and time to renew, my current insurance company calls and wants 16,000bt to renew. I try to ask questions about the coverage and no one speaks English, my wife isn't much help since she doesn't understand insurance and finance.

Can someone recommend a local agent that speaks reasonable English for my car insurance? I have searched on TVF and they are all more than 3 years old.
