Yes, I should then clarify. While Libya is only one part of this debacle it too was contrived. It's problem was a total creation of the West who in turn enacts policies that invite. It is actually as if the West were intentionally fomenting the circumstances we see today. Otherwise, no, of the region's own volition, little has changed to justify this exodus. I totally believe the West desires this very equaling of humanity. It could be argued whether this is just or not, but it is social engineering. It is foisted upon the cultures of Europe and the US.
