We wish to register our marriage in the Phils, my Pina wife and me USA, here in Thailand. I know we go to the Amphur with 2 witnesses each. What papers do we need EXACTLY and any translations?

I copied that from a web site and it seem to be similar to what I did many year ago.

Check first with your respective Embassy to know what they need to issue the document you need to marry.

Some are very simple other need status verification papers from the original countries.

Required Documents for Foreigners

• A copy of their passport along with arrival card
• Affidavit regarding the marital status of the person from the respective embassy.
• Translated copy of affidavits to Thai certified by an approved Foreign Ministry Translator.

I checked Google and many web site explain the process.

I think you misunderstand. We are already married in the Phils and simply wish to register the marriage here - a step required so that we can divorce here later.
