Can someone point to a link that gives this information?

I'd specifically like to know if I can transfer visa etc, from old passport to new at the old locatio, but I would also appreciate knowing the full list of what you can get done there.

You can do visa transfers at the old office - I did mine there two weeks ago, they also do extensions for marriage, teachers, volunteers and BOI - not sure if there is anything else they do - they definitely do not do 90 day reports in person (by mail is ok) or extensions based on pensions
