Subaru XV 2,0 Sti

Featured Replies

Looking for a new car at the moment. So far the choice is between Ford Everest Titanium 3,2 4 wd and Subaru Xv 2,0 Sti. I know it's two completely different type of vehicles but the later being smaller and easier for the missus to drive around town. Here comes the question, anybody with Subaru experience???

Ive had an XV for a couple of years now and really like it. No issues with it. Its a little underpowered in the hills if you carry passengers. Pissed off how they dropped the price from 1.35 mill to mow 998k but i guess in hindsight i paid too much for it.

If i had your chouce i would go for the everest, your mrs will get used to it.

I agree with Bung - don't choose a smaller car thinking it's somehow easier to drive - the basic judgement skills remain the same, and PPV's really aren't that big - their size is all perception, not much reality ;)

Saw a redplate 2.2 ev today. Looks great. 1.3m makes it good value compared to the xv. The 3.2 is in another league. If you dont need the 4wd the 2.2 is worth a look.
