Is there Nikon dealer for repairing D750 flare issure for free in CM?

Featured Replies

Did you run the Serial # through Nikons D750 portal?

That should produce the desired result.

For USA based customers, they are providing free pickup and drop off of the body.

Yes, I checked on the Nikons website, my serial# is on the list. But I bought in Chiangmai, I don't know where and how to fix it.

Sorry to hear your 750 is affected :( Did you buy it recently or after the recall was announced? I might pick one up at some stage and wonder how much affected stock is still laying around. Seriously not impressed with Nikon QC these days. Hope you locate an authorised agent but I thought the closest was Singapore?

I bought before recall announced, you mean the closest is in Singapore? But It was made in Thailand.

According to Nikons website. The official service center in Chiang Mai is : Denchai Trading Co. Ltd. 11/2 Rattanakosin Rd, Muang, Chiang Mai 50200 - Telephone 05 323 4999

I would send it to Nikon in Bangkok (assuming it is legit) and not let anybody else near it.

Sorry to hear about your problems with the D750. I have used the Denchai for service on my Nikon with excellent results. You ay want to drop by the Camera Bug shop on Chang Pruek rd and ask for suggestions
