Introduction,

45 yr old Englishman manufacturing/lean/operations/production manager with vast Toyota TPS/Lean Manufacturing background along with many other Top automotive OEM's (Helping coach managers/teams to think Out of the Box!)'... recently finished a contract with one of Thailand's largest jewelry design/manufacture/supply companies implementing the foundations of lean.

20 yrs+ experience, with many years of overseas/international cultural working practice, covering many aspects of management/but still strives to learn more & push the envelope.

Self starter who's very focused & goal orientated, but very much Hands On!
