Google Singora Hotel. Or hop on any motosai taxi and tell them to take you to Singora.

Draw a 100 meter circle around it.

You should be able to find a place in that circle. I'd try the Buzz Stop, Da Zorro Pizza and The Office for good food, good company and any sporting event. The Office has great burgers- though the crowd is usually sparse when I've been there. The Buzz Stop has great beef, well just about anything beef. Da Zorro Pizza across from the Buzz Stop is run by an Italian and his Thai wife. (Either that, or he's perfected a great fake accent) They serve great pizzas and pastas. All have big TVs.
