Visa Extension for 2x Entry Tourist Visa And Visa Run

Featured Replies

Hello, I am on a 2 x Entry Tourist Visa, nearing the end of my first entry (22 Sep). Can I get a 30 x day extension on my first entry then do a Visa run in Oct to activate my second Visa entry. Will there be any issues since I have a 2x entry Visa. Thank you

1. US Passport

2. Staying in Pattaya

3. Can I get copies of Passport made at immigration or is there a shop nearby on SOI 5.

4. Do I need to bring proof of where I am staying and onward flight.

5. I guess I get the TM 7 form at immigration.

6. Have photo

B. When I do the Visa run, I am planning to use a Visa run company in Pattaya. Does anyone have a recommendation on one I can use.

What do I need to bring with me, other than passport, when I do the Visa run. Thank you again for your help.

Yes you can get a 30 day extension for your 1st entry. However, make sure you exit and re-enter to activate the 2nd entry before the 'enter before' date printed on your visa even if that means exiting before the 30 day extension 'admission until' date.

Sorry I can't help with Pattaya questions.

You don't need proof of address for a Tourist Visa extension or flight details just a copy of your passport (photo page) a copy of your departure card, a copy of the entry stamp, photos and 1,900 baht. Yes you can get the TM7 at the immigration office.

Just your passport if it's an exit/entry but check with the company that take you and they will confirm whats needed for the border crossing they use.
