h90 Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 No these things are not pirated: "Piracy is typically an act of robbery or criminal violence at sea". He just produced parts that look like parts with protected design.....No violence involved and most probably on land.
Reigntax Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 No chance of any military personnel being charged with intellectual piracy

Hi h90 I appreciate Wikipedia is not always correct but they appear to be quite happy with the term A pirate is a person who commits warlike acts at sea without the authorization of any nation. Pirate or piracy may also refer to: Criminal or unauthorized acts Aircraft hijacking Copyright infringement Patent infringement Pirate radio

bangrak Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Forget about the companies manufacturing the copied stuff, big money, 'influential people', hmm...! Same as the s..t drug couriers getting caught, but NEVER the producers or wholesalers, for the same rule, ...and possibly for quite some a uniform (brown, green, white, ..., your pick) and a lot of brass on the shoulders. There's corruption everywhere, even in Switserland and Norway, but here, when not a Kingdom, it'd be the worst of banana republics, as corruption 'has become' (HM the King Rama III failed in his attempt to turn the tides) 'the system', plain and all! When I would not have 'a foot in the ground' here (real estate...) I'd have left, fast, after understanding how rotten it is ...outside Denmark!
