JustAnotherFarang
Yes they are Michelin Street Pilots. I bought the R3 and for the first 100km or so I was not so sure about them but as my confidence grew and they wore in they have performed beautifully. andrewrooney
Michelin Street Pilots are good tires. Way better than the IRC tires you get stock on Honda or Kawa. I've got a pair on my CBR. Good grip and great in the rain too.
JAFO
Thanks JAF and Andrew, I have been messing around on an R3 here in the states and the Michelin tires are pretty good. Found you have to get the "Skin" off them and get the bike leaned over and then they grip well. I will be buying a R3 when I return home to Thailand and wanted to make sure they had them on the moto's available in Thailand. Saves having to bring a set with me. andrewrooney
Definitely no need to ship them over Replacements are cheap too, I paid 3500 baht for a pair, including labor.
