Place (bar/icafe) with fast unlimited internet?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I need to download several gigabytes of (legal if it matters) files.

is there a place in Pattaya with free fast stable unlimited wifi ( 10+ Mbit)? Bar, restaurant, hotel lobby, internet cafe etc?

Ideally in cetral Pattaya around Beach Road.

Happy to pay/spend some money there if it's really fast.

I know many bars have wifi but they're usually not very fast/stable.

thanks.

Go to the Wild Chicken on Soi 13/2 (Soi Post Office), left-hand side, near the 2nd road end. Buy a round for all the regulars and get a free wi-fi password. If the speeds drop (this is Thailand, nothing is guaranteed), you can always buy us another round. Much appreciated.

I will be there around 4 PM.

PS. Several lawyers are known to imbibe there as well.

Diana-Oasis on Soi Bouakao has reliable & FREE internet. They limit speed, but have plenty of bandwidths with 2 Fiber-Lines, so in fact it always works very fast for my smaller and bigger downloads.

Just ask nicely and staff will give you extra hours. Food great & some of the cheapest I have found. I go afternoons for my snack & coffee and enjoy the quiet before heading to LK Metro, once in a while. Not sure Starbucks is still giving Free tickets? Used to be .... Enjoy. MS>

bigc/tesco/homeworks have AIS free wifi if you're an AIS customer

your best bet is a Starbucks, buy a coffee relax and let the upload / download happen

good luck
