I saw them in the GNC a while back. They where quite expensive, around 4000 baht from memory. Most are strapless these days. Quite inexpensive too, under 1000 baht. I used a strapless one in the states, very accurate and no strap to mess with.

Try ebay from China. It's fairly local.

Lazada have a large selection. Polar are pretty good, have had one for a while. I think it was around 3000 Baht.
