Hello,

We are throwing a small event (30-40 people) in Bangkok and are having difficulty finding companies that provide rentals for tables, chairs and portable outdoor aircon units. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Have your wife/girlfriend go to the local Wat....and ask there if they can recommend someone....Why? because Thai's do many get togethers/parties where the local monks are involved.........House Blessings/children becoming monks/weddings etc....most of these companies also do the catering

Not so sure, though, about providing protable air (never seen that an any events..)....Electric Fans more likely.
