Help! i need a doctor!

Featured Replies

Okay.... so that was a little dramatic. i am looking for an english speaking pediatrician near (or nearish) On Nut, Bang Na, Etc. No rush. Just for the check ups and what not.

A general practitioner for my wife and i would be nice too.

Paediatrician... When considering my Childs health I would only choose the Top Tier hospitals.

Dr Somjate : Pre-Natal & Birth - (Bumrungrad)

Dr Pavintara : Paediatrician for checks-ups / Vaccination etc (Bumrungrad)

Dr Amornphun : Child Heath / Paediatrician for Emergencies (Samitivej Sukhumvit 49 - Closest Top Hospital to where I live).

Experiences may vary, but I've found the above Dr's speak excellent English - Dr Amornphun was able to discuss with me in great detail when my son was taken ill last year.

Perhaps you will find suitable Dr's who speak excellent English at Samitivej Hospital Srinakarin which is not too far from Bang Na.

Thanks Richard. i am not looking for cheap. i am looking for correct, and communication. i think these will work out well.

if anyone else has any quality suggestions that are closer than Bumrungrad, i am all ears.

Er ... it's in the posts. Samitvej Sukhumvit 49 is nearest to you if you live in southern OnNut. The poster assumed (wrongly methinks) you were Bangna.

Samitvej SriNakarin if you live in the north or northeast corner of OnNut

If you want local knowledge, ask in local BANGKOK forum, or for health use the Health forum.

A little time posting in the right place and not posting whatever comes to mind in General forum would be better.
