Relatives of 2010 crackdown victims lodge petition with NACC
The Nation

BANGKOK: -- The relatives of people killed in the 2010 crackdown Friday lodged a petition with the National Anti-Corruption Commission, asking it to review its fact-finding process on the incident.

They said that there were questions about one of the fact-finding sub-panel members, Phakdi Phothisiri, becoming an NACC commissioner.

Complaints had been filed against Phakdi over his holding a position in another private company when the NACC Act prohibited such an action.

Lawyer Chokchai Angkaew submitted the petition on behalf of the relatives to NACC head Panthep Klasnarongran through the director of the watchdog's Information and Special Affairs Office, Suthi Boonmee.

Then prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and then deputy PM Suthep Thaugsuban were accused of abusing their authority by ordering the 2010 suppression.

Chokchai said the petition was not lodged out of a desire to target a particular commissioner

You are insipid. A boy was mowed down, under fifteen.

So killing children is okay?

The right team can do no wrong and the right team needs to do no right?

Piss off.

Everything is ok, even the killing of children as long as it was done by Suthep and his yellow followers.
