Slingbox on eBay Modell sb 260 everything connected after log in I got error massage no slingbox password There is a field I can enter a password or change to admin password slinbox website only told press reset at backside and for blinking flashlights giving a new password online in slingbox setup also not work, any ideas where I can find this admin access password? I connect many slingbox before but never got a massage like this?!
October 12, 201510 yr Must be something new, never had to have a password to set up my Slingbox Had to have the Slingbox ID number but that is clearly written on a sticker on the underside of the unit Without the ID number there is no way for the Slingbox to know you are the authorized user, since every ID number is unique to that particular Slingbox You might want to peruse this forum, that has a complete section on Slingbox http://placeshiftingenthusiasts.com/category/slingbox/

October 12, 201510 yr If you've reset it to default, look in the Slingbox manual and see what the default admin password is. Because I'm assuming that switch at the bottom means that this is what it wants.
