Error massage no Slingbox password? Cannot connect

I bought a 2. Slingbox on eBay Modell sb 260 everything connected after log in I got error massage no slingbox password

There is a field I can enter a password or change to admin password slinbox website only told press reset at backside and for blinking flashlights giving a new password online in slingbox setup also not work, any ideas where I can find this admin access password? I connect many slingbox before but never got a massage like this?!

Must be something new, never had to have a password to set up my Slingbox

Had to have the Slingbox ID number but that is clearly written on a sticker on the underside of the unit

Without the ID number there is no way for the Slingbox to know you are the authorized user, since every ID number is unique to that particular Slingbox

The strange thing is also when I try to setup a new Acount instead of existing one it always shows me no slingbox found

Is there any European hotline number of slingbox company I try called in us but nobody pickup in past I called in Germany but this number now I also not find on google

Display reflection was little bit high but I think you can see the error massage!

If you've reset it to default, look in the Slingbox manual and see what the default admin password is.

Because I'm assuming that switch at the bottom means that this is what it wants.
