Can someone tell me the meaning of 16MY in this case it is in regard to a Nissan March, 16MY is 5k more expensive.

MY16 = Model Year 2016, which in turn means, the minor change version released last month.

The additions are daytime running lights (DRL) and some new chrome trims on the front bumper. Probably worth the extra 5K just for improved resale value.
