Where to buy Melatonin sleeping supplement in Bangkok?

Featured Replies

Can anyone please recommend a pharmacy that sells Melatonin for an acceptabe price? I went to boots and bought some but they were over 600 baht for just 15 x 2mg pills. I remember a year ago I bought another brand in Chiang Mai for around 800 baht for 60 x 3mg pills.

Do you know any pharmacies that sell it cheap in Bangkok?

Does it work for you? I have tried it several times and it doesnt effect me at all.

For that price you could get a bottle of whisky - it works for me.

I use the 5mg almost daily sometimes. It doesn't so much get you to sleep as it allows me to go back to sleep if I wake up. I sleep in a noisy environment so it helps me.

Yes it works perfectly when my sleeping pattern has gone bad and I won't fall asleep until after midnight, which in turn makes me wake up too late like 10:30 the next day. I take 4mg around 8:30-9 and go to bed at 22:00, get sleep much easier and then won't have trouble getting up at 7.

Melatonin is not really a sleeping drug but perfect for occasionally moving your sleeping pattern backwards by an hour or two. Also when I take it for jetlag, I won't have it at all. I don't take Melatonin every day though.

Surprise:

Lazada (!) and other Thai online shops.

300 pills a 3 mg for 650 Baht.

Perfect!

I think it loses effectiveness if you use it every day for over 2 weeks. For a noisy environment I strongly recommend high db-level ear plugs! I started using them back in the army when everyone was snoring, but have since used every night as they make me sleep so much better.
