Best way find accomodations online?

Not looking to book on the major sites like air bnb or agoda etc... They max out at 30 days and are inflated.

I realize the 'best' way to search would be feet on the ground and start walking, but I'm pressured for time and thinking that if I book a hotel for a few days while hitting the pavement, the total cost may wind up close to paying inflated website prices anyways.

Maybe I'm wrong... and that's why I'm asking here

Oct 28-Dec 20 if anyone has a rental or friends with vacancies.

Up to 20k baht including any deposits. Up to 20k baht monthly after. Maybe a little more if it's really nice

Looking for laundry within the building, balcony, gym, guest friendly, (high quality internet is a must) . If it's a nice place and a good deal, I'll rent it for an additional 3 months.
