Not looking to book on the major sites like air bnb or agoda etc... They max out at 30 days and are inflated.

I realize the 'best' way to search would be feet on the ground and start walking, but I'm pressured for time and thinking that if I book a hotel for a few days while hitting the pavement, the total cost may wind up close to paying inflated website prices anyways.

Maybe I'm wrong... and that's why I'm asking here
