Krabi - How Is It?

Featured Replies

High,

I'll be in Krabi for a week in February. What can I expect? Where to go? What to do? Where to eat (thai - of course!)

Thanks to all

:D I really like Krabi, it is classier than Pattaya and not as far or familiar to us as Phuket. We normally stay around Ao Nang where Mr L goes diving and I stay on the beach with the girls. Usually we hire a car as I am not happy with our offspring sitting on the side of those odd motorbike things with a cage around them. They are fine for me and Mr though :D . We usually try to get the the CHARM place although it is difficult to get to if you don't speak Thai, we have made it on a bus before now though. The buses are reliable (if uncomfortable to the older person) and regular.

Lovely place, sorry I couldn't be more help. :o

Enjoy
