Berkshire
My crystal ball says there's a very good possibility that the baht will rise. It also says there's a very good possibility that the baht will fall. My crystal ball is never wrong. Sorry OP, but seriously, you're asking everyone to take a guess. Problem is, some people's guess will be more what they hope will happen rather than an actual prediction. I do believe what happens at home (USA for USD) will have more of an impact. For example, whether or not the US fed raises interest rates will have more of an impact on the USD:THB than what's happening in Thailand (in the short/medium term). As for the long term....who knows.
IMA_FARANG
If the US and UK raise interest rates ,the Bhat will fall,as for the Euro, who knows. regards Worgeordie ----------------------- I am guessing, but I agree with you. Dollar and pound will gain against Baht, Euro I am not so optimistic Looks to me like a Fed rate hike is pretty certain in December now since good Jobs report Friday Guessing that the U.K. won't go with rate hike until 2016 now. Baht will be dragged down by slowing growth in China and Thai export problems to China. As they say," put up or shut up".....right now I don't have the money to put up....so Bye
