Am due to have my one year extension of stay (O retirement visa) visit in a few days and was told can do it still at airport. I thought only at Promenade. Please advise if anyone knows.

Second, am hearing they are now requiring a copy of your lease which I never had to supply in ten years. Please advise if anyone knows

I have the 800k in the bank so no problem there. Thanks for the trouble.

PS Went to airport ten days ago and tried to do my 90 day extension and was told to go to Promenade. Had breakfast today and a friend said he went last week to airport and got it done there. I am finished with it but <deleted> is going on here?

Both in-person 90 day reports and retirement extensions are done at the Promenada office.

Yes, now there are reports that they are looking for proof of where you live. A lease would be best. Some condo building juristic person mgrs. will produce a letter for you saying you rent or own in their building. But even some utility bills in your name would probably work. The key is that they show your name and address in the same way that you're listing on your extension application.

I'm amazed with the few recent reports of people being able to do 90 day reports in person at the old office near the airport, but it seems to be just those you have proof they mailed in their applications and didn't receive a reply.

Been there in person, got sent to Promenada. No 90 day reports at the old immigration.
