I know that MAN THET (มันเทศ) means sweet potato, kumara (Australia, NZ), yam (US), etc. (Ipomoea batatas), however do the following also mean the same thing:

MAN DAENG (มันแดง)

MAN SII MUANG (มันสีม่วง)

I was under the impression that they did, but just want to double-check.

Thank you (and your wife) for that information.

I will add '(generic)' behind 'sweet potato' (MAN THET) and 'red' and 'purple' behind the others.
