True Hits

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

This is not a problem really, just an annoyanceor maybe more of a mystery.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox as my browser and the Thai Visa website is selected on one of the tabs.

Up until lately, when I clicked on the TV tab, the browser would take me straight to your site, and my password manager would automatically fill in my user name and password. It was a one click action to enter the site.

Now, when I click on the TV tab, the page won't fully load to the point where my password manager can do its thing.

In the data line at the bottom of the screen, is "truehits1.gits.net.th"

I believe that true hits calculates the number of hits a web site gets.

I'm not sure whether this is part of your server set up, and I'm not sure whether this failure to log in automatically is caused by your server (or truehits) or something is amiss in my browser.

I now need to log in by clicking the 'log-in' option. This method takes an extra step but works OK. Mainly out of interest I'm curious if you have had any issues such as described here, I'd appreciate any feedback from you.

Thanks. :o

I've just tried to connect to your site using Internet Explorer. No problems, connected instantly, so maybe Firefox needs attention.
