I just had a pool fence completed at my place. I've used the same team of local tradesmen before and they did a awesome job, even made nice cornering and installed childproof locks with self closing hinges.

Everything was cut, welded and assembled on site.

Can you move the fence closer to the water, that way they can jump off the fence into the pool.

Sorry I missed the replies... If you PM me I can send you the number of the guy in Hua Hin. Cost was about 30'000 baht for all the materials, antirust primer, paint, labor for welding etc. They did a really nice job, no paint spilled. Only with the clean up they could have done a bit better.
